Hello Everyone,
Hope the summer is treating everyone great and no one is over heating. I just wanted to let everyone know that I heard you all loud and clear and have removed the Upsellit simulated chat from the website. It was a tough call being that it was working at saving sales but I agree that it looked very tacky and didn’t give the professional appearance that I wanted with the site. I appreciate all of your support and willingness to promote the PUPS website.
So here’s a question: What do you as affiliates want to see from PUPS? What can we do to take the affiliate program to the next level, or to the level that it was when the site started with Avantlink several years ago? I look forward to your responses and help in making this the best pet supply affiliate program on the web.

Thank you Jeff! Knowing that a Merchant is making the necessary efforts is what makes a program good to work with. The nuts and bolts of your business is what you are an expert at, and if any visitor contacts me about some particular product that they are looking for and can’t find I would let you know. It looks like you have a well managed business with a wide variety of products so I don’t have any suggestions to offer at this time. It’s good to know that if an idea comes along that you are receptive to hearing about it.

i agree about the fact that it looked tacky and cheap but the concept was fantastic!
there is a better version of the virtual sales agent called intellichat, check it out its not that bad!

hey, thanks jono, i used intellichat.com it took me like 3 days to get them to set me up, but your right, very very good, saving me about 22% of sales. Beers are on me!
