After I posted about Tahoe Mountain Sports’ new Deal of the Day offering earlier, I started wondering how well known our Deal of the Day tool actually was out there.

A good number of people already know about our growing list of merchants who offer daily deals because I see the network conversion and sales statistics for this unique tool (available exclusively from AvantLink, BTW). And the data is good, real good! So I wanted to bring some attention to it, in case you didn’t know already.

All products featured on dynamic Daily or ODAT deal campaigns are qualified at minimum 30% off the retail price. Take a look at some examples..

Basically, the Deal of the Day tool allows merchants to offer a “Daily Deal” or “One Deal at A Time” (ODAT) dynamic campaign for their Affiliates. We offer merchant specifications (and free support) on the automated process and set-up for populating this daily deal feed. Once it’s good to go, Affiliates can use Javascript, RSS or flat database file integration methods to publish this deal/product info to their sites or blogs.

Note: Affiliates, you can even syndicate these deal feeds using RSS. Effectively promote the deal itself, and then RSS subscriptions (with your tracking links embedded within) to the deal feed!

The way it works is that if you’re active with a merchant program, and they offer a dynamic daily deal campaign, you’ll see this merchant in the drop down list on the “Tools” page under “Deal Of The Day Tool”. Here is a list (current as of date of this post) of all merchants in AvantLink that offer daily deals or ODAT campaigns (click merchants names to apply):
